PrismSino helps you manage international sales and takes steps to protect your company details, product information, customer inquiries and generated content. Here is how we use that data and how you can manage it.
Protecting data in transit
Data travels over an encrypted connection when you use the PrismSino website, reducing the risk of interception or alteration. No online service can guarantee zero risk.
Protecting your account
Passwords are not stored in a directly readable form. We protect sign-in sessions, limit repeated login attempts and check which account owns business records to reduce unauthorized access. You can sign out other devices in account settings.
What we process and why
We process account details, company and product information you submit, customer inquiries, analyses, replies and follow-ups to provide these features. Necessary usage and security records support allowance tracking, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
How AI uses inquiries
When you use AI features, relevant inquiries and necessary company, product or conversation context are sent to the model provider for analysis or content generation. Email addresses and phone numbers in inquiry text are automatically masked, but this cannot identify all sensitive information. Submit only what is needed and check generated content before use.
Signing in with Google
Google sign-in requests basic profile permissions. PrismSino uses your Google account identifier and verified email to create or link an account. Signing in does not read your Gmail messages or contacts.
View, edit and export your data
After signing in, you can view and edit information on the relevant business pages, and export your data or delete your account in account settings. For help with your data, contact us at the email address below.
What happens when you delete your account
Once you confirm deletion, the system deletes your account and its linked business records and signs you out. This cannot be undone, so export anything you need first. Copies you have exported or sent elsewhere are not deleted with your account.
Report a security concern
If you notice suspicious access or a security issue, email PrismSino below with the time and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete customer inquiries.
